JLC Development, LLC, in conjunction with Colby Ave I, LLC, is excited to announce the “Port Orchard Pickleball Club” coming soon to your community.

Location: The Port Orchard Pickleball Club, also known as “The POP,” will be located in the Tremont Place Shopping Center, at the intersection of Bethel and Lund Avenue.

The Space: The “POP” will be a high-quality, indoor facility with 12 fenced, cushioned sport courts, 3 golf simulator bays, a merchandise area, and an outdoor gathering space. There will be a mezzanine space with a view of the championship court that can also be used for meetings and downtime.

Membership: The POP will offer exclusive memberships, free play, tournament hosting, and organized league play. 

Opening: Construction of the facility is slated to begin early 2026 with a goal of opening in late 2026 – early 2027.
